How do I close my Fettan account?

In order to close your account, please follow these steps:

Fettan Customer Service will close your account provided that you email us from the email address registered with Fettan.

How do I change my Fettan account settings?

Sign in to your Fettan Account and click on "My Account". There will be links under Account Services to change your account settings

How do I unlock my account?

If you failed to successfully sign in to your Fettan account, your account will be automatically locked for your security. In order to unlock your account, contact Fettan Customer Service and provide the following information:

  • Enter your registered email address
  • In the Subject field, type the phrase "Unlock My Account"
  • In the Question field, request your account to be unlocked, and provided any additional helpful information.

Upon receipt of your request, your account will be unlocked and an email will be sent to your registered email address. The email will provide instructions for creating a new password so you may regain access to your account. If you do not get an email message, please contact Fettan Customer Service.

How do I change my Fettan password?

To change your password, you'll need to first access My Account. There will be a link to change your password under Account Services. Enter your existing password and then create a new password. Your password is case-sensitive and must be 8-20 characters. We recommend that you use a combination of letters and numbers, and change your password regularly.

How do I add or remove a Fettan debit card from my account?

  • Sign in to your Fettan account.

On My Account, there will be a Fettan Debit Card link under Account Services. You will be able to add or remove payment sources from your account.

What if I am having problems signing in to my Fettan account?

Here are some basic troubleshooting tips if you are having difficulty signing in to your Fettan account. If you are still encountering problems, please contact Fettan Customer Service.

  • Your browser should be set to accept cookies
  • Your browser should be JavaScript enabled
  • Your browser should be Internet Explorer 8, Mozilla Firefox 3.5, Google Chrome, or Apple Safari

  • If you are running firewall software such as Zone Alarm or Norton Internet Security, please put Fettan's website (www.MyFettan.com) in the trusted list.
