To cancel a transaction, email Fettan Customer Service.
You will need to:
- Provide your registered email address and the Fettan tracking number
- Type the phrase "Cancellation Request" in the Subject field
- Describe the reason for the cancellation in the Question field
For security purposes, you should always communicate from the email address you have registered with Fettan. Fettan will make every effort to accommodate your cancellation request. We cannot guarantee the cancellation until our local payout partner confirms the money has not been paid to your recipient. If the transaction cannot be canceled, you will receive an email indicating that the transaction was completed before we had time to cancel it.
